A Typical SEED Programme Plan

A typical SEED Programme will look something like the following,but remember programmes can be tailored to meet individual group needs.
Each weekly session lasting approximately two hours, will include ice breaker and get to know you activities. It is recommended that a twenty minute break punctuate the opening and closing half of each session.
